Cafeteria Services
We are committed to providing nutritious meals to support the health and well-being of our students. The cafeteria serves breakfast daily from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. and lunch from 10:50 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. when school is in session. However, please note that breakfast will not be served on late-start days.
Appropriate Behavior in the Cafeteria
To ensure a safe and pleasant dining experience, students are expected to:
- Remove hats, caps or hoods while in the dining area.
- Refrain from running or cutting in line.
- Clean up their table area after eating.
High School Open Lunch Policy
- Grades 9–11: Students in grades 9 through 11 cannot leave campus during lunch.
- Seniors: Open lunch is available exclusively to seniors, subject to administrative discretion.

Outdoor Activities During Lunch
After lunch, students may have the opportunity to engage in outdoor activities. Depending on weather and other factors, administrative discretion determines whether students stay inside or go outside.
To maintain a safe and respectful environment, students must:
- Stay within the assigned area.
- Report to class immediately when the 5-minute warning bell rings.
- Demonstrate respectful behavior towards others.
- Avoid wrestling or rough play.
- Refrain from throwing rocks or snowballs.
- Inform the staff on duty of any incidents immediately.
Weather Restrictions
Students will remain indoors if the temperature or wind chill falls below 0°F.
Engaging in outdoor activities is a privilege contingent on adherence to safety and behavioral expectations.
